  I am so fed-up with their repeated problems that I am sharing my last unfortunate experience with the supporting measures. Since the evening of 31/10 and all through 1/11 until now, their tower relay is having problems (that happens quite often) and the download is so low (0.07Mbps) that it takes forever to load a simple page and when it comes to complex ones they’ll never make it before the time-limit-lapse. Where iare the 6Gb contracted you pay for? I had to connect our office computer onto the 4G hotspot of my IPhone to get a decent connection to allow us to work.

  Unacceptable service. On weekends or bank holidays there is NO technical support available whatsoever. You can send emails but they remain dead and nothing is done to remedy the problem until office hours resume. Imagine Telefonica or Vodafone doing the same…

  Calidad en servicio de internet y telefonía. Ofrecen un trato inmejorable tanto el personal de ofina como sus instaladores. Estoy encantada de ser clienta suya.

  The company give no internet but intranet with internet connection and block ports so you can't make portforwarding configurations. When you have a problem and call them, try to explain the problem they just hook up, problem will not solved, They give no service at all. I called them 5 times 2 times they hook up on me. Edit 9 sept. : finaly they provided a real public IP, the ports we needs, we can open them now. ;) but they still block VoIP service from thirt party. It's takes 6 weeks already to make it works. Now few month later, the VoIP thirth party service is still working, so this message is working, we hope that we can continueing cooperation with Comenersol in 2018. We have a little faith back in them. Good work Comenersol, go for it. You have back our support, we can raise the star level, we will see in 6 month if we can raise again, for now 2 additional stars.   Somos una empresa de servicios de Internet, ayer a las 19h comunicamos avería y que no teníamos Internet ni teléfono y hoy, 24h después, nadie se han puesto en contacto ni solucionado la incidencia, dejando mi empresa sin poder trabajar ni enviar/recibir llamadas. La verdad, les falta seriedad.
